8th Grade Math: Today in math students began class with the Problem of the Day.  This morning, students jumped back into chapter 6 and began reviewing some geometry concepts and vocabulary in order to be able to identify similar and congruent figures.  As a reminder, the test for the FFM is scheduled for THIS FRIDAY, May 8th.    
 
Assignments:  Review HW #51 is due Wednesday in class. Students should be continuing the memorization for their Fraction Finding Mission.  

7th Grade Math: Today in math students began class with their flashmasters.  Next, students continued working in chapter 6 and integers.  Today, students continued working with the distributive property.  After some teacher led instruction and several examples students were assigned the section 6.7 WS, to be due Wednesday in class.

Assignments:  Review HW #51 is due Wednesday in class.  The section 6.7 WS is due Wednesday in class.

Science: Students began class with the Do Now.  Next, students got back with their assigned body system partner and groups were given time in the computer lab to finalize their google slides presentations on their assigned body system.  Groups were also finalizing the worksheet they will use throughout their presentation. 

   

Assignments:   Students should be finalizing their assigned body system presentations and working on their presentation notes.  Presentations will begin on Wednesday in class.
