Algebra I: Today in math students began class with a Do Now and a set of warm up problems.  Next, students were introduced to graphing inequalities in two variables on the coordinate plane.  After some teacher led instruction and several examples, students were assigned some problems from the textbook, page 271 #3-15 odds, 19, 21, 25-29 odds, 30, to be due on Thursday in class.

Students can expect the chapter 5 test on Friday of this week.

The cumulative final for chapters 1-5 is scheduled for Tuesday 12/20/16.

7th Grade Math: Today in math students began class with their flashmaster activities. Students were then introduced to chapter 5 and finding ratios, rates and unit rates.  Students were given class time to begin working on the activities for section 5.1 in their practice workbooks.  Workbook pages 85-87 are due on Thursday in class.

Assignments:  Review Homework #28 is due on Friday in class.  Workbook pages 85-87 are due on Thursday in class.

Science:  Today in science, students began class with the Do Now.  Students then took the chapter 1 test on Living Organisms.  

Assignments: Students were asked to complete a word search for class on Thursday.
