Algebra I: Today in math students began class with a Do Now and a warm up problem.  Next, students were introduced to chapter 8 and graphing polynomials.   Next, students reviewed how to graph the parent function of a given quadratic equation and how that function is being transformed by different a values.  Students were then graphing quadratic functions with a c value.  After some teacher led instruction and several example problems, students were assigned some homework from the textbook page 429 #3-5; 7; 9; 10; 14; 27, to be due on Thursday in class.

7th Grade Math: Students began class with the Do Now, Flashmasters and/or the Problem of the Day.  Next, students began the chapter 3 test during class.

Assignments:  None.

Science:  Today in science, students began class with the Do Now.  Next, students continued filling in their March Mammal Madness brackets.  Today, students were researching and filling in the "Tag Team" bracket.
