7th Grade Math: Today in math students began class with the Problem of the Day. Next, students demonstrated their knowledge of ratios and proportions on the chapter 6 test.     
   
Assignments:  Study Island Review Homework #15 is due by the end of the day on Friday.          

8th Grade Math: Today in math students began class with their flashmasters.  Next, students spent some time reviewing the rules of inequalities, before they continued to use the rules associated with dividing and multiplying negative integers. Students were then introduced to solving multi step inequalities.  After some teacher led instruction, and several example problems, students were assigned the section 3.5 worksheet (odds only) to be due Thursday in class.   

Assignments:  The section 3.6 worksheet (odds only) is due Friday in class.        

Science: Today in science students began class with the Do Now.  Next, students applied what they learned about Newton's second law of motion in a lab setting.          

Assignments:  Students should be completing their lab worksheet for homework if they didn't complete it in the time provided in class.
