Algebra I:  Students began math class with the Do Now and the Problem of the Day.  Next, students jumped back into chapter 4.  Today students reviewed correlation and causation before we jumped into section 6 on arithmetic sequences.  Students were introduced to arithmetic sequences and how to identify the patterns involved, before learning the equation for an arithmetic sequence.  After some teacher led instruction and several examples, students were assigned the explorations in the practice workbook, pages 214-215 # 1; 2; 3-25 odds; 16; 26; 38 to be due on Tuesday in class.

Students ended class by completing a factor tree worksheet in the last 20 minutes of class time.
