Algebra I: Students began math class with the Do Now and the Problem of the Day. Students jumped back into chapter 7. Next, students were given class time to complete a chapter 7 review sheet in preparation for the chapter 7 test on Friday.

7th Grade Math: Students began math class with the Do Now and a problem of the day. Next, students continued working with chapter 5. Today students were learning to write and solve proportions. After some teacher led instruction helping students remember the key components of the proportional relationships, students were given class time to complete practice worksheet on writing and solving proportions.
Assignments: Review Homework #40 is due on Friday in class.
Science: Students began class with the Do Now. Next, students completed the section 3.1 worksheet on Organizing the Elements. Next students were introduced to the Periodic Table Basics poster project. After an introduction of the project by Mr. Olsen, students were given the remaining class time to begin working on the project.
