8th Grade Math: Today in math students continued working on their "dream house." Students should be moving towards the sketching portion of this assignment, and the goal is to be wrapping up and polishing their final products by the end of class on Friday.

Assignments: Review Homework #21 is due Friday.

7th Grade Math: Today in math students continued working on their birdhouse designs. Mr. White and Mr. Olsen talked with the students about the dimensions required for the different nesting birds around the school, and gave students the choice between building a birdhouse for a chickadee or a swallow.

Assignments: Review Homework #22 is due Friday.

Science: Today in science, students spent the first fifteen minutes of class reflecting and writing a descriptive narrative concerning their day yesterday. Whether they spent their day out at Eagle beach or out at the Greens Creek Mine, students were asked to write a 7-10 sentence reflection. We then began watching the film "An Inconevient Truth" and students will be filling in a worksheet as we view this film for the next day or two depending on our discussions through the course of the film.

Assignments: Students who are not done with their alternative energy essay should be completing them as soon as possible.
