7th Grade Math: Today in math students began class with the Problem of the Day.  Next, students jumped back into chapter 2.  Today students were introduced to the Addition and Subtraction Properties of Equality. Students began solving equations by using the opposite operation of the one being used in the original equation.  After some teacher led instruction and several example problems, students were assigned the section 2.5 worksheet as homework.  

Assignments:  The section 2.5 worksheet is due Thursday in class.  Review Homework #12 is due on Friday in class.

8th Grade Math: Today in math students began class with their flashmasters.  Next, students jumped back into chapter one.  Today students came into to class and began, and should have finished, the section 1.2 Practice A worksheet.

Assignments:   The section 1.2 Practice A worksheet is due Thursday in class.  Review Homework #12 is due Friday in class.
 
Science: Today in science students began class with the Do Now.  Next, students completed the typing of their Dry Ice Investigations lab reports.   Some student groups were able to begin putting their posters together.  

Assignments:  Students can be continuing to type up their lab write ups, as the final poster products will be due by Monday October 14th.
