Algebra I: Today in math students began class with a Do Now and a set of warm up problems.  Next, students jumped into chapter 4.  After some quick review of taking the slope of a line and the y intercept and writing an equation in point slope format, students were given a lesson on parallel and perpendicular lines.  After some teacher led instruction and several example problems, students were assigned the section 4.3 Practice A worksheet, to be due Wednesday in class.

7th Grade Math: Today in math students began class with their flashmaster activities. Students then continued solving equations using inverse operations.  Today students took the chapter 3 test in class.

Assignments:  Review Homework #22 is due on Wednesday in class.  

Science:  Today during science time students were given time to work with their assigned partners on the "Day in the Life" project.   The project is due on Wednesday at 1pm.   

We will be having an open house on Wednesday November 23, from 1:30 - 2:30 where students will be sharing their knowledge they acquired while researching their assigned country.
