Algebra I: Today in math students began class with a Do Now and a set of warm up problems, before students were handed back their chapter 1 tests. The re-test opportunity (only offered with original test corrections turned into to Mr. Olsen) is scheduled for Wednesday afternoon of this week. Next, students were introduced to chapter 2 and inequalities. Students were assigned practice workbook pages 28-32 as homework, to be due on Tuesday in class.

7th Grade Math: Today in math students began class with the Do Now and their flashmaster. Next, students continued working with multiplication of whole numbers. Students took a few notes on some tricks to help them when multiplying with whole numbers, before being handed a multiplication worksheet and given 30 minutes of class time to complete the work.
Assignments: Review HW #5 is due on Wednesday in class. The multiplication worksheet handed out in class is due on Tuesday in class.
Science: Today in science, students continued learning about the difference between observation and inference in science. Today, students were outside on the trail, and they were responsible for collecting a leaf of a plant they do not know, and making observations about that plant as they picked it. Students will need their plant and observations for class on Tuesday.
