Algebra I:  Students began math class with the Do Now and the Problem of the Day.  Next, students took the chapter 1 test.  We ran out of class time, so students were given lunch time to continue working on it, and students will also have 20 minutes of class time on Wednesday to finish.

Assignments:  Practice workbook page 27 is due on Wednesday in class.

7th Grade Math: Students began math class with the Do Now and a problem of the day.  Next, students worked with their Flashmasters.  Students were then working with understanding the concept of adding integers.  Students reviewed the rules for adding or subtracting integers, and then did practice workbook pages 8-10 in class.

Assignments:  Review Homework #6 is due on Wednesday in class.  Students should be completing practice workbook pages 8-10 for class on Wednesday if they did not finish in the class time provided.

Science:  Today in science, students began class with the Do Now.  Next, students continued mapping the Wolverine Trail that goes around the school.  Students are working with a partner to take compass bearings, canopy coverage estimates and elevation readings to help with the mapping phase beginning next week.
