Algebra I:  Students began math class with the Do Now and the Problem of the Day.  We then graded our homework from Tuesday, before transitioning into section 1.5 on rearranging formulas to highlight and/or solve for a missing quantity.  After a bit of teacher led instruction, students were given about 12 minutes of class time to begin working on tonight's assignment, practice workbook pages 22-23, to be due on Thursday in class.

Assignments: Students were assigned some homework from their practice workbook pages 22-23, to be due on Thursday in class.

7th Grade Math: Students began math class with the Do Now and a problem of the day.  Next, students worked with their Flashmasters.  Students were then working with understanding the concept of absolute value.  After some teacher led instruction, students were given class time to begin working on practice workbook pages 3-4, which are due on Thursday in class.

Assignments:  Review Homework #5 is due on Friday in class.

Science:  Today in science, students began class with the Do Now.  Next, students completed a google classroom assignment (the Scientific Summer Self Evaluation) in class, before we held a Scientific Summer "Gallery Walk" activity.  Students were given about 20 minutes of class time to move around the room to browse everyone else's work and complete a short survey regarding what they thought about the work of their peers.

Assignments: Some students may be needing to complete their Scientific Summer Self Evaluation google classroom assignment if they did not finish in the class time provided.
