8th Grade Math: Today in math students began class with the Do Now. Students then continued to progress through the levels of their assigned Flashmasters. We then began working on solving some equations out of the textbook. Class was interrupted by school pictures today. We won't meet as a math class again until Wednesday Sept. 9th, as the Taku House will be MAPs testing on Thursday, Friday and Tuesday.
Assignments: Review Homework #4 is due on Wednesday September 9th in class. Students were also handed a packet of work to complete by Wednesday Sept. 9th as well.
7th Grade Math: Today in math students began class with the Do Now. Students then completed the quizzes we began on Tuesday in class. We won't meet as a math class again until Wednesday Sept. 9th, as the Taku House will be MAPs testing on Thursday, Friday and Tuesday.

Science: Today in science, students began class with the Do Now. Students were then introduced to the rules of a lab, before we began working with our observation skills and students participated in an activity where they observed two different substances and drew what they saw, and provided at least 5 factual observations about each substance.
