Algebra I:  Students began math class with the Do Now and the Problem of the Day.  Next, students jumped back into chapter 4 as we were reviewed our knowledge of the slope formula and writing equations of functions presented in various ways into slope intercept form.  Today students were continuing to work with point-slope form, and how to use the point-slope formula to write a linear function in slope intercept form.  After some teacher led instruction and several examples, students were assigned the section 4.2 Practice B worksheet, to be due on Thursday in class.

7th Grade Math: Students began math class with the Do Now and a problem of the day.  Next, students were continuing to work with simplifying expressions by identifying the terms of an expression before combining like terms.  Today, students continued working with the distributive property and continuing to simplify expressions by completing a review worksheet in class.
 
Assignments:  Review Homework #20 is due on Friday in class.

Science:  Students began class with the Do Now.  Next, students continued working with their assigned partner on creating a presentation on an assigned time PERIOD of the planet Earth.  Students are researching and developing a poster product that they can use to present their research to their classmates early next week.  Student groups should have finished up their research today in class and we will begin putting final products together Thursday in class.
