Algebra I: Students began math class with the Do Now and the Problem of the Day. Next, students jumped into chapter 6. Students began by reviewing the answers to our homework from Tuesday, before we continued working with negative and zero exponents as well as simplifying expressions using the rules of exponents. After some teacher led instruction and several example problems, students were assigned the section 6.1 Practice A worksheet as homework, to be due on Friday in class.

7th Grade Math: Students began math class with the Do Now and a problem of the day. Next, students were reviewing the rules for adding and subtracting integers as well as combining like terms. We then continued building our skill of solving one step equations. Students were given class time to complete an in class maze worksheet practicing our skills of solving one step equations.
Assignments: None.
Science: There was no science classes today as the Taku House completed MAPs testing this morning and students had math and language arts classes this afternoon.
