Algebra I: Today in math students began class with a Do Now and a set of warm up problems.  Next, students jumped into chapter 3.  We graded our homework from class on Tuesday, before the class continued our discussion on how to determine whether given data is discrete or continuous.  After some teacher led instruction and several examples worked out together, students were assigned some problems out of the text book, page 118-119 #35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 41 to be due Thursday in class.

7th Grade Math: Today in math students began class with their flashmaster activities.  We then jumped back into chapter 2 and continued discussing rational numbers.  Today students were reviewing how to divide rational numbers.  We graded our homework, and then students were given the remaining class time to participate in a chapter 2 review activity, as the chapter 2 test will be on Thursday in class.

Assignments:  Review HW #14 is due on Friday in class.  The Chapter 2 TEST will be on Thursday in class.

Science:  Today in science students began class with the Do Now.  Next, students jumped into the study of inquiry. Students participated in a group discussion about how to identify questions that could be tested by a scientific investigation, as well as how to develop testable questions.  

Assignments: None.
