Algebra I: Today in math students began class with a Do Now and a set of warm up problems.  Next, students continued with chapter 8 and quadratic functions.  We then jumped back into chapter 8 section 6 on choosing functions to model and write a function with a given data set.  After some teacher led instruction and several example problems, students were assigned some problems from the book, page 465/6 # 9-17 odds, 21, 24, 25, 32.  These problems will be due on Friday in class.  The chapter 8 TEST will be on Monday of next week.

7th Grade Math: Today in math students began class with their flashmaster activities. Next, students were introduced to chapter 7 and how to use a protractor.  After some teacher led instruction and several examples, students were asked to complete workbook page 142 for class on Friday.

Assignments:   Review Homework #47 is due Friday in class.  Students were assigned workbook page 142 to be due on Friday in class.

Science:  Students began class with the Do Now. Students then took advantage of the weather and we walked the trail!
