Algebra I: Today in math students began class with a Do Now and a set of warm up problems.  Students then jumped right into chapter 9.  Students reviewed the process for clearing radicals in fractions, before working through a process called rationalizing the denominator.  After some teacher led instruction and several examples, students were assigned some problems from the text book, page 486 # 39-43 odds; 46-54 evens; 55-59 all; and 62.  These problems will be due on Friday in class.

7th Grade Math: Today in math students began class with their flashmaster activities. Next, students continued working with and learning how to identify and draw adjacent and vertical angles using a protractor. After some teacher led instruction and several example problems, students were assigned several problems from the textbook, page 274 #4-6, 8-13; 14-17 to be due on Friday in class.

Assignments:   Review Homework #49 is due Friday in class.  Students were assigned the several problems from the text book, page 274 #4-6, 8-13; 14-17 to be due on Friday in class.

Science:  Students began class with the Do Now. Next, students tallied up the data from yesterday's activity concerning individual traits.  Today, students were put into groups of four or five, and each group selected five traits and then created a double bar graph in order to display their groups information.  

Assignments: Students should be completing their double bar graph if they did not complete in the class time provided.
