8th Grade Math:  Today in math students began class with the problem of the day.  Next, students began their review of chapter 3.  Students were given multiple choices of how they went about their review process, and Mr. Olsen was available to help each individual as needed.  The chapter 3 test will be on Thursday of this week. 

Assignments:   Review Homework #25 is due on Friday. 

7th Grade Math:  Today in math students began class by using their flashmasters.  Next, students were handed back their chapter 3 tests and given the hour to make test corrections on the problems they missed in order to improve their overall grade on the test.

Science:  Today in science, students completed a Do Now to begin class.  Students were then jumped back into the Gummy Bear Lab.  Students were able to get out of their seats and gather their materials they would need to complete the lab.  Once they had completed the necessary measurements, they were to answer several questions to further their understanding of what had transpired throughout the lab. 

Assignments:     Students should be answering the questions on the back side of their lab report for class on Thursday if they did not finish in the class time provided. 
 
FYI:  Parents!  Starting on Monday (10/31, the first day of the second quarter), teachers in the Aurora house will no longer accept late work from our students.  Students will get credit for the work they do, when it is due.
