Algebra I: Students began class with the Do Now and the Problem of the Day.  Students were then given class time to complete their chapter 8 tests.  Students are being asked to complete the section 9.1 activities in their practice workbooks, pages 276-278, to be due on Tuesday in class.

7th Grade Math: Students began class with the Do Now and the problem of the day.  Next, students reviewed the percent proportion (the box method) and the percent equation, and how to use them, before they were introduced to calculating percent increases and percent decreases.  After some teacher led instruction and a few example problems, students were assigned practice workbook page 132 (section 6.5) to be due on Tuesday in class. 

Assignments:  Review Homework #53 is due on Wednesday in class.  Students were assigned practice workbook page 132, to be due on Tuesday in class.

Science:  Students took a nature walk in the sunshine today during science.
