Algebra I: Today in math students began class with a Do Now and a set of warm up problems, before students jumped back into chapter 3, section 6.  Today students reviewed translations and reflections of linear equations and continued working with horizontal and vertical stretches and shrinks.  After some teacher led instruction and several example problems, students were assigned some homework from the text book pages 152 #17; 18; 20; 22; 25; 27; 30, to be due on Friday in class.  

Students can expect a quiz on Friday in class.

7th Grade Math: Today in math, students began class with the Do Now, and then working on their Flashmaster activities or the Problem of the Day.  Next, students continued working with adding and subtracting integers. 

Assignments:  Students can expect a quiz on adding and subtracting integers on Friday in class.

Science:  Today in science, students began working on a Google slides activity within Mr. Olsen's Google Classroom site, on researching and learning about different types of good and bad bacteria. Students are creating a slide show on different types of bacteria and answering several prompting questions related to the assignment on Google classroom.
