Algebra I: Today in math students began class with a Do Now and a set of warm up problems, before students jumped into chapter 3 and working with functions.  After some teacher led instruction and several examples of how to identify linear functions using graphs, tables and equations.  Students were then assigned workbook pages 64-66.  Workbook pages 64-66 are due on Thursday in class.

7th Grade Math: Today in math students began class with the Do Now and their flashmaster.  Next, students began working with like and unlike fraction operations.  After some teacher led instruction and a few reminders of how to multiply fractions, students were given class time to work through a multiplying fractions and mixed numbers packet.  Thursday we will be dividing fractions and mixed numbers.

Assignments:  Review HW #10 is due on Friday in class.  

Science:  Today in science, students got into their Local Ecology Project groups, and the groups finalized and printed their groups plot location narrative as well as completing a detailed hand drawn map (in color!) of how to find their plots.

Assignments:  None.
