Algebra I: Today in math students began class with a Do Now and a warm up problem.  Next, students were continuing to work with chapter 7 and polynomials.  We began class by grading our Tuesday night homework.  Next, students reviewed adding and subtracting polynomials, before we began multiplying polynomials.  Students were introduced to three different methods (the distributive method, the FOIL method and the BOX method) of multiplying polynomials.  After some teacher led instruction and several examples, students were assigned some homework from the textbook, page 369 #2; 3-17odds; 28; 34; 40, to be due on Thursday in class.

7th Grade Math: Students began class with the Do Now, Flashmasters and/or the Problem of the Day.  Next, students were continuing to add and subtract expressions including using the distributive property.   After some teacher led instruction and several example problems, students completed an in-class worksheet for a daily homework grade.  

Assignments:  Review HW #38 is due on Friday in class.  

Science:  Students began science class with the Do Now.  Next, students reviewed the results from yesterday's What's in your Lunch lab, before we continued talking about the organelles and functions of the organelles within cells. 

Assignments:  None.
